What are ENC about?

ENC is a body of professionals, technocrats and voluntary individuals with shared visions, goals and mutual

understanding.  Conceived September 2014. ENC fundamental objective is to articulate, champion and

implement solutions for the challenges and development of Edo Nation. Her mission is to actualize Edo Nation

Sovereignty, within the geographical region of defunct Bendel State of Nigeria. ENC can also be refered to a coaliation of Edo Delta ethnic minorities movement, for the unification of Edoid Nation of Nigeria.

 

MEMBERSHIP OF ENC? 

 

  • An adult, born or relative citizenship of the Midwestern state of Nigeria (Ondo, Edo and Delta state), that believe in unity and oneness of Edo people worldwide.

  • Must as well be educated up to a secondary school level

  • Must have a means of livelihood (working), a professional, educator or an entrepreneur.

  • Must have a comprehensive understanding of the Edo position, culture, history, political situation and community variation

  • Must be able to express his or her self in public and media interview. Be able to defend Edo Nationalism with all enthusiasm and confidence.

  • Must complete the ENC membership form and pass her interview, except special membership by recommendation or appointment approve by majority of the executive board of ENC

 

ORGANS OF ENC

 

  • Operative body  are functionaries, employees, youths including women working for the ENC organization

  • Executive Body are main stock holders, legislatures and executive operative of the ENC

AIMS AND OBJECTIVES

  • Educate and mobilize Edo people in Nigeria and Diaspora

  • Generate fund to sponsor or finance her day to day activities and engagements

  • Co-ordinate sports activities among members of the Edoid Nation.

  • Operate media (Edo Nation radio), directed to programs, interviews and share information on the common values of the Midwestern state.

  • Present delegates to defend Edo National interest both in the Nigeria political scene and international community
